Does anyone here use this system for their CCTV? I realise this is a long shot, but the department having trouble with this hasn't got a support contract (so will cost £££ for support) and I'm not making much headway on my own. Where is the.zip stored? They're running the application as a different user. Our polciy is that user's primary accounts cannot have admin rights, so those that require them have local admin credentials which they can enter when installing software etc. I can't recall why off the top of my head, but there was an issue with installing the software directly under the admin account. The.zip was on a network share, but I got them to move it to the local drive and they still had the same issue.
