So I am getting more and more into the networking world and seriously considering taking my ICND1 and 2 over the next couple of months. My only problem is the limitations of some of these sims. Packet tracer is great if you're just starting out, but there are A LOT of limitations once you get passed ICND1 (I'm not even able to assign a static IP on the DHCP pool because it doesnt recognize Host command.) GNS3 is also great but you have to have the actual IOS bin file (which i fortunately do have) but there are limitations with L2 switching as some of you may know. I recently found out about Boson NetSim after weeks of lurking on this sub and I even see that there is a Boson Employee here every once in a while.

Its definitely not serious like Ten Count and it has a lot of comedy like Sekaiichi Hatsukoi (if u know what those are). The art overall was pretty good. The characters Amemiya and Arashiro are quite enjoyable. There is also a pretty nice balance between serious and funny moments, more funny than serious. Ive seen WAY worse, but Ive also seen better. Knizhka malishka beregite zhivotnih svoimi rukami.

Once i got the material down then i can worry about tests. Have a short term and long term strategy. In the short term, Packet Tracer is fine for ICND1 and ICND2, you get up and running quickly and it's free.
