Hi, my iMAc running Os X Lion can't accept a more recent version than 2013 of Autocad Mac. I've downloaded Autocad 2013 Mac from the Virtual Agent, but I have no serial number and Product key. When I open Autocad a 'License Activation ' window opens and asks me to activate Autocad. To activate I need a serial number and a Product key. I've just had a chat with an Autodesk person and the conclusion was that I would obtain a S/N and Product Key for Autocad 2015.

First of all if you never owned the 2013 version or had access to it in the past, than you will not be issued a serial # for it. The 2013 product lines is retired and no longer supported by Autodesk. In the coming weeks the 2014 version will be retired as well.

At this point you will need to upgrade your MAC OS to be able to use the supported version. What does a Maya requirement have to do with AutoCAD for Mac? Yes you may want a serial # too, but in the future please create your own separate posting and not hi-jack another posting about a different software.
